<24681121416182>Trouble Ticket is designed for offices with an IT staff. It allows users to submit a trouble ticket when they have a computer problem, optionally indicating which computers are affected. The staff may then work on each ticket. Email notifications are available. Two access levels for the staff accounts are available. The script comes with a simple installer and it is customizeable and 'brandable'. Requires a MySQL database (the installer makes the tables for you and writes a settings file).
